Do you serve authentic Bengali wedding dishes?
Absolutely! Bengali cuisine is our speciality. From the aromatic shorshe ilish, macher kalia, and cholar dal to wedding favourites like mutton kosha, basanti pulao, beguni, and aloo posto, we bring the true flavours of Bengal to your celebration. We also prepare classic Bengali sweets such as rosogolla, mishti doi, chhanar payesh, and sandesh, ensuring your wedding feast feels just like home.
What’s included in the menu price?
The price per menu covers:
- Fine stone, hotel ware, chinaware*, crystal glasses, and cutlery
- Table condiments and a variety of table linen colours
- Welcome drinks such as nimbu pani, sharbat, fresh ground filter coffee, and teas (complimentary)
- After-dinner desserts & paan/mints
- Floor management and service
- Accommodation for all dietary requirements (with prior notice)
- Still and sparkling water (extra cost)
Transport & service tax @ 10.30%
*You can choose from bone china, plain white round, gold band, or silver-rimmed crockery.
Can the menu be customised?
Yes! All menus are adaptable to suit your personal preferences, wedding theme, and guest dietary needs.
Are table decorations included?
No. Table and salad decorations are not included but can be arranged separately with Plannersy services.
Do you provide drinks and alcohol?
You’re welcome to bring your own drinks at no corkage charge. New Utsav Caterers can also supply drinks, soda, water, and ice cubes upon request.
What are the payment terms?
10% at the time of booking
50% payment 48 hours before service
Remaining balance after completion of service
Do you cater to specific dietary needs?
Yes, vegetarian, vegan, Jain, or allergy-specific menus can be provided with prior notice.
