Important Information & Care Guidelines

• Avoid Excessive Heat: Keep balloons away from direct sunlight or hot surroundings to prevent popping or deflating.

• Indoor Placement Recommended: Best results are achieved in a cool, dry, indoor location.

• Keep Away from Sharp Objects: Avoid rough surfaces, sharp edges, or pets around the décor.

• Supervise Children: Balloons can pose a choking hazard – please monitor young kids near the setup.

• Balloon Longevity: Latex balloons last 8–12 hours when air-filled and up to 24 hours with helium; foil balloons last longer.

• Handle with Care: Move or adjust balloons and floral elements gently to prevent damage.

Additional Details

• Our balloon and floral artist will arrive at your chosen time slot to recreate the décor as shown in the reference images.

• Please provide a stool if ceiling height requires it.

• Hotel room décor can be arranged with prior venue approval.

• All décor items are on rental basis and will be collected the next day after the event.

• Any complaints should be reported within 2 hours of setup completion for resolution.
