  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details unless clearly stated and compliant with PCI-DSS; we may store payment tokens or transaction IDs for receipts and refunds.

C. Usage & Technical Data:

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, session data, referrer URLs, cookies, and other analytics data.

D. Communications:

  • Records of your communications with Vendors and Plannersy (chat, emails, call logs if recorded with consent).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and services;
  • Process bookings, payments, refunds, and confirmations;
  • Communicate with you about bookings, updates, marketing (where consented), and transactional messages;
  • Personalise the Platform and recommend vendors or services;

  • Fulfil legal obligations and respond to legal requests.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We may share personal data with:

  • Vendors: to fulfil bookings (name, contact, event details).
  • Service Providers: payment processors, hosting providers, analytics vendors, CRM and email partners.
  • Legal & Safety: when required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets (you will be notified if your personal data is transferred).

We never sell personal data to third parties.
